When trying to subscribe I get a message that my e-mail address already exists.
Probably you tried to subscribe earlier without fulfilling the payment process. This means that you are already in our database en you should have received a password. How to proceed : 1. login with your e-mailadress and password you received 2. Go to Account admin (on the right side of your screen) 3. Renew your subscription 4. Pay with VISA or Mastercard.

I am an advertiser in the Maritime ads in De Lloyd or on www.beanr.com and I want to add a user.

What are the payment possibilities?
In first instance we will offer the possibility to pay securely online with VISA and MASTERCARD. Other payment methods can be added later.

Is it possible to have a different name then the subscriber on my VISA or MasterCard?
Yes, this would not give a problem with the payment.

Can I subscribe for multiple users in my company?
Yes you can. The first user will be considered as administrator who can add or remove company users.

When I renew, when will the new subscription period start?
If, for example you have a subscription of 6 months and after 4 months you decide to prolong with another 6 months, than you new period will start after the first 6 months.

Is it possible to have an invoice?
Yes we can provide an invoice for amounts equal or larger than 40€ (excl VAT)

My company is not situated in Belgium, do I have to pay VAT?
The amount to be paid will be VAT included, and after verification if the subscribing company is situated outside Belgium and has a VAT number than the paid VAT will be returned accompanied with a credit note.

Can we login with multiple users with the some login and password?
The same password and login can be used by different users but NEVER simultaneously.

Will a company be charged a fee for putting its data online?
No, the companies who provide their data will not be charged any fee.

Is it possible to save my password, so I don't need to type it every time I log in?
Yes, it is. Windows has a system where it stores all password used, you only should accept to save the password when windows asks it. If you do not have this option, you can follow the manual from this convenient option.
